"Lloyds TSB backs top property team to tune of £30m"

Two property executives have formed a new residential development finance company with £30 million backing from Lloyds TSB Scotland.

Edinburgh-based property finance consultancy Residential Development Finance (RDF) has said that by it's third year of operation it aims to be involved in projects that will total 200-250 units per year.
