RDF is run by two highly respected property professionals with the backing of Lloyds TSB Scotland plc, Corporate Banking who provide the funds. Currently, Lloyds TSB Scotland has a fund of £40m available for this type of investment which can only be accessed through its exclusive agreement with RDF. There are certain conditions that have to be met and in return for providing the funding, a share of the profit made by the development will be payable to the Bank.
