We're looking to invest in developers who are as committed as we are to providing a first class product. Ideally we are looking at small to medium size operators looking to carry out developments with a sales value between Ł2m and Ł15m

RDF has a very straightforward, partner-led approach to business – there are no layers of management to cut through. We look at 100% development funding of every project, we require no fee from our partners and most importantly, there are no personal guarantees or equity required.
